So, it has been decided that we ARE going for a evening picnic at teh Ledge, this Saturday. Bring your own nibbles and sips. There will be bubbles, frisbee, chalk and talk. So far attending are myself, Lakira, Kalistria, Crash, Mouse, Layne, Alina.
Everyone invited, as long as everyone can get along. Timing will be for six-ish, until we go dancing, or go home.

Just letting everyone know, Pride Parade is on Saturday, starts at two in the afternoon. Lakira and I will be attending this year, and we're going to the Farmer's Market on 104th first, then hanging 'round Commerce Place to watch the parade. If anyone wants to join us, please do so!

Also, there is a Pride dance on Saturday the 20th we're considering attending, as the theme is Superheroes and costumes are encouraged! Anyone want to be a superhero with us?

As in, this day was cock. I did stuff, it felt like little to no stuff, and COCK was there, dangling, all DAY LONG.

No need to go into details, except that I am schedule-reading tool, and didn't NOTICE I was on for Saturday, thought I had it off... and I'm supposed to be in Banff on Saturday, with Kitten, and Kalistria. I really hate windchimes sometimes. Like at two in the morning, when all you hear is a clinking sound...for hours. And I was pretty sure someone had an unsecured chain dangling from their truck. No,no, it's a windchime some dumbass has attached, unthinkingly, to the BALCONY RAIL. The RAIL. I mean, come on!

So, in my infinite lurve of turkey, I picked up a twenty-five pound bird. Which was in the oven from twelve-thirty to nine at night. Don't ask, it's a long and silly story. The short part is the teh bird is moist and delicious, and we have enough turkey for, like, a month. Also, we colored eggs, and I used the rest of the egg dye to re-tint and tie dye some old clothing of mine. Yay! Color!

I need cake. We have cake. Life is gooood.

Ar. Now that we are even more into swinging temps, and the lake outside the store has fledged into a full lagoon, I can barely keep my eyes open. So bloody tired. And I know I could have accomplished SO MUCH today, if I'd had the energy. Damn it.

Anyone else feel this right now? I wake up and I'm tired, I sleep and I'm tired, I nap on the bus, while I'm walking and HUNGRY! ALL THE FREAKIN TIME!

Also? Hello with the yo-yo weather? Cold, VERY COLD AND WINDY, kthxbi, and then +7. The next day. Followed by Cold and Windy. I declare that we should have Cold Days. Which are like Snow Days, but not. Then we'd wake up in the morning, check the weather, and be all like, OMG! It's a Cold Day! There's an offical notice! And we'd all get to stay home in pj's and snuggle and watch movies, and bake bread and then go out later in the day and make snow angels. And come back inside for Hot!chocolate,and more SNUGGLES and then go to bed.
And the next day would be full of happy refreshed people who got to play for a day. And stuff.
